Over 1,200 people from all regions in the state attended this festival thrown in Central Washington. It was thrown by Richard Penton and Fat Boy from "the Burg" 88.1fm. With Local big names in entertainment, a bunch of college students ready to release their tention, and a whole bunch of beads, I believe a new yearly, if not bi-yearly party has emerged.
