This here is where we set the game
straight. We tell you like it is. Even if you don't wanna hear it. Cuz if
your music stinks, I wouldn't be your homeboy if I told you it was the
bomb. So here it is. Lyrics: * * * * Beats: * * * * 1/2 Best Song: Freaky Thangz Worst Song: Cold Outside The Southerner is back. He showed you Southern Hospitality and now he is one of Atlanta's shining stars. At least by Word of Mouf. This album was a nice comback to his debut. Other than the fact that I couldn't get into his DTP crews rhymes on the album, Ludacris gave you back to back bumbles. The best song, hands down on this album goes to "Freaky Thangz" featuring Chicago's speed rapper, Twista and Jagged Edge on the hook. Shondrae hooked up the beat! I keep this song on repeat in the rider. Twista and Jagged Edge made this track. Not to take nothing from Luda because he held his own. You already know about "Area Codes," "Welcome 2 Atlanta," and "Roll Out" which are all hits and have made their way onto this project. All have hot beats and lyrics to match. "Saturday" is definitely a banger and made a good follow up to "Roll Out". Don't think you can go to a club and not here this uptempo slump. There are quite a few other slumps like "Keep it on the Hush" and "Coming 2 America" The worst song on the album would have to go to "Cold Outside". Just not my type of song. This is probably more appealing to a south crowd.
