BEATS: * * * * *

BEST SONG: Fallin Rain

WORST SONG: Roll ON

Whatever you want to call him, Earl Stevens, 40 Water, the Ballatician, Senator of the Yaye, Charlie Hustle, or just plain E-40, he's back! And he's blazing much more than his normal trail of tight tracks. E-40 has decided to be more universal while maintaining doing his norm.

He's still giving you new slang to adapt to as well as changing up the sound a little. If the East still don't give 40 no love after this album. especially with the hottest joint on the album having one of those Jay-Z beats, than no matter what they say, their just haters.

This time around the lyrical genius tags up with Fabolous, Petey Pablo, Bun-B, Eightball, Lil Jon & the Eastside Boyz, Kokane, Keak Da Sneak, Suga Free, & Afroman. Imagine that!

"Why they don't fuck with us" starts the album off with real talk over a mobbish beat. Explaining how peeps from the East & the Source refuse to give him love. Definitely a nice way to start an album.

"The Slap" This song alone is 5 stars! It took me two days to get to the next track. It has got to be the next best song on the album.

If you from the dirty, you might disagree with me. "Rep Yo City" is another bumble that will have you bouncing and throwing Bows in a savage fashion. My Southerners will no doubt debate that this is the best song.

Like I said before, the hottest song on here is "Fallen Rain". On this track 40 pours out his heart one mo 'gin into your ears over an old school loop. This is something everyone can and should listen to.

"Til the Dawn," "Mustard & Mayonnaise," "7 Much," and "Automatic" are all slumps. Almost every song on here is a hit. I just don't like "Roll On" featuring Afroman. 40 is to high calibur to be flowing with Afroman. Maybe it was politics but he could've left this one off. It stunk for real.

If you don't have this, then you don't love West Coast Music. Cop it for real!!
