This
here is where we set the game straight. We tell you like it is. Even if
you don't wanna hear it. Cuz if your music stinks, I wouldn't be your
homeboy if I told you it was the bomb. So here it is. Lyrics: * * * 1/2 Beats: * * * * 1/2 Best Song: Settle the Score Worst Song: Paper Stack Mystikal is back again, picking up where he left off. Connecting with the Neptunes once again as well as a few new mixtures of chemistry to return to the scene with a new blazing album. Featuring such names as Juvenile (yes, I said Juvie) Butch Cassidy, Red & Meth, and Skoonie of his record label, Big Truck/JIVE . He brings alot of nice tracks to the scene but "Settle the Score" has got to be the best track on here! For the first time, you can hear two of Louisianna's best lyricist over a track together produced by,Juvenile. Imagine that. (And all though, they mention being happy to be released from their former labels, in no way are they beefing) Other tracks that stood out were: "Bouncing Back"- Mystikal comes back with the sound that made his last album so successful. This time the Neptunes gives you a more antique sound, a throwback from the sixties if I may. And what can I say it hits. They must have known it too because they made this the single. "Tarantula"- Mystikal teams up with vocalist Butch Cassidy to give you this upbeat, west coast gangsta sound. Something again that seems new to me from the Shrimp Creole eating southerner. "Big Truck Driver"- Call me a sucka for songs about Big Bodies on Dubbs. I guess it's just that Southern Hospitality in me, ya heard! "Oooh Yeah," and "I Get It Started " caught my attention as well. "Paper Stack" was considered the worst song. There were a few fillers on this Lp but this is probably the worst of all the fillers.
