This here is where we set the game
straight. We tell you like it is. Even if you don't wanna hear it. Cuz if
your music stinks, I wouldn't be your homeboy if I told you it was the
bomb. So here it is. Lyrics: * * * * Beats: * * * * Best Song: My Heata Worst Song: Be Advised Cool Nutz is back again, picking up where he left off. Serenading ears with harsh street lyrics over bouncy uptempo melodies. If nothing else, Cool Nutz shows us that he is in the prime of his career. This time, he unselfishly comes together with his whole Jus Family Camp to display a track list of hits.Newly named Terry Flint, Nutz gives you a definite dose of lyrical porn. With wild interludes that will shock the common lobes. This is definitely a cutting edge tactic never took to this extreme before. I favor many songs on this album but my personal favorite is "My Heata". On this track, Maniac keeps it street to the fullest, following the Jus Family trend. The lyrics are realer than the bombing on 9-11. Torry Ward has done it again! The Beat will definitely have your head knodding and feet stomping immediately after it begins. Other tracks that stood out were: "First time I seen her"- Cool Nutz teams up with Mac Dre and his young prodigy's, the Phranchise to take you on a bizarre first time you met a playa ride. The beat is just as hot as the lyrics "Enuff"- The original Jus Family click gets together one mo' gin, to give you the next big party joint. Bosko gives you another lyrical luster on the production. I've found myself requesting this song at the clubs. "Madd Rappers"- This is almost a gimme with me. I love songs where the real recognize when cats got hate all on their sleeve with ring around the collar. But none the less, Jus Fam comes with it. "Portland Life," "Major Pain," and "Freq" caught my attention as well. "Be Advised" was considered the worst song because the lyrics didn't hold there ground with most of the other tracks on the Album. Cool song but if I had to cut a song this one would have got the pink slip. |
